Directory Submisson ServiceWe offer several services to fit your needs, and your budget. There are even 2 specialized packages just for musicians.If you don't see what you're looking for, we'd be glad to put together a custom package just for you.
submissions to general and specialized directoriesOur packages are listed at the bottom of this page. Here's a brief explanation of what we'll do for you.General directories: I'll submit your website to the most appropriate category in at least 100 general directories. These are the major directories and the ones which have shown themselves to be most useful in promoting a website. They have also met my strict quality guidelines. You can see part of the list here. Specialized directories: I'll also submit your site to the specialized directories geared toward your subject. I often work form my list of specialized directories, but often submit to others as well. Rest assured, I'll find quality, relevant directories in your field and will submit to them. The number of specialized directories submitted to is generally 6-12. Music directories: If you're a band or musician, I'll also submit your site to all relevant music directories as well as the general directories & arts directories. what about submissions to search engines?Submitting to search engines isn't really necessary. The search engines find new websites through links from other sites; so if there's a link to your site somewhere, they'll eventually discover it without your having to submit.However, submitting to the search engines can start the ball rolling if your site is new. If you'd like me to, I'll submit your site to the 2 dozen most important search engines, and many will begin visiting your site almost immediately. There's no extra cost; just ask. submissions reportI'll provide you a report of all the websites to which your website was submitted, along with the titles, descriptions and keywords that were used.your website's descriptionEach directory requires that a brief description be submitted along with your website's URL and title. You can provide the description. Or, if you'd prefer, I will write the description for you. I can also edit the descriptions you provide so that they're more likely to be accepted by the various directories.multiple titles & descriptions?Sure. You don't have to (and probably shouldn't) stick to just one title and one description. Send us up to 6 of each. Or, we can write a few for you.Some directories require the actual name of the site to be used as its title - but many others will allow a short keyword phrase to be added as well. For example, the official website title, Edwin Romond could be enhanced to Edwin Romond - Poetry Workshops. We recommend you take advantage of this excellent opportunity to target several keyword phrases important to your site. Just email us with your requirements and we'll be happy to create a link submission package just for you.How to Get StartedJust click the "buy" button for your chosen package to pay securely with a credit card or check.After payment, please email me as soon as possible with your site's title, a brief (25-30 words) description, and a list of about 10 keywords or phrases you'd like to target. (Alternatively, I can write these for you.) I may edit them for maximum effectiveness, with your permission. You are welcome to send multiple titles & descriptions. Submission can be done within 1 week of payment. When I'm finished, I'll send you a report listing the directories & search engines to which I submitted your site, along with the descriptions and keywords used. Just email me to get started.
